I am a writer, strategist, veteran, mother, media analyst, and creative builder. Corinne the Writer is where those identities meet.
Corinne the Writer began as a declaration. A way to name the part of me that had always been there, even when life required me to be practical, disciplined, responsible, and many other things before I allowed myself to simply be creative.
Over time, that declaration became a business, a creative practice, and a platform for people who understand that identity is rarely simple. We are made of layers. Our stories hold contradictions. Our work can be personal and strategic, imaginative and useful, expressive and precise.
My work is shaped by an MFA in Narrative Media Writing, a background in media analysis and strategic communication, experience in marketing and content development, and my perspective as a U.S. Army veteran. I bring both creative intuition and analytical discipline to every project.
I understand how stories move through people, platforms, brands, and culture. I also understand how to take a messy idea and shape it into language that can be understood, felt, and acted on.
Story is not decoration. It is structure. It is memory. It is strategy. It is the thread that helps people understand who they are, what they value, and why something matters.
Whether I am developing a script, shaping brand language, writing content, or helping a client clarify a message, I am always listening for the story beneath the surface.
I keep returning to writing because it gives form to what might otherwise stay scattered. It helps us make meaning. It helps us tell the truth with shape, texture, rhythm, and care.
That is the work I want this studio to do: help people and projects become more fully themselves on the page, on screen, and in the world.
